Specvu OS Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Specvu OS you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
2. The service
Specvu OS is a software platform for scheduling, quoting, client management, attendance and related field-service tasks. Features may change.
3. Accounts
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the access you give your staff.
4. Your data
You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter it (including client and staff details) and for telling staff how attendance and location data is used.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to access other businesses' data, no disrupting the service.
6. Pricing
Plans and fees are as shown at sign-up or agreed in writing. Trials may end or change with notice.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own records where you need to meet tax, payroll or legal obligations; calculators and reports are aids, not professional advice.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months. Nothing limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Law
Western Australian law governs these terms.
